b. The limited license granted to customers does not allow for the replication, copying, or distribution of the Works for any commercial or non-commercial purpose, except with the written consent of the Company.

c. No transfer of copyright is implied or granted to any customer, user, or third party by the sale or distribution of any product. The purchase of a product does not give the purchaser any right or license to use the Works separate from the product purchased.

3. Restrictions on Use

Customers, users, or any third party may not:

a. Reproduce, copy, distribute, or create derivative works based on the Works without explicit written permission from the Company.

b. Use the Works in any manner that suggests an association with or endorsement by Kenny Tee's LLC without written authorization.

c. Extract, disassemble, reverse-engineer, or otherwise attempt to derive the source or composition of any Works.

4. Enforcement and Infringement

a. The Company reserves the right to take legal action against any individual or entity that infringes upon its copyrights.

b. Individuals or entities found to be in violation of this Policy may be subject to penalties, including but not limited to damages, legal fees, and injunctive relief.

5. Reporting Copyright Infringement

If any person believes that their copyrighted work has been copied and is accessible on a product of Kenny Tee's LLC in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, they are encouraged to notify the Company.
