Terms of Service

This Terms of Service ("Agreement") sets forth the conditions under which Kenny Tee's LLC ("Company", "we", "our", or "us") offers its products and services to users ("User", "client", "you", or "your"). By initiating the design process or purchasing any products or services from Kenny Tee's LLC, you agree to be bound by this Agreement, as well as our Privacy Policy and Copyright Policy.

1. Acceptance of Terms

Starting the design process or engaging in any business with Kenny Tee's LLC constitutes an acknowledgment and acceptance of this Agreement and all its stipulated terms. You also agree to comply with the Company’s Privacy Policy and Copyright Policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference.

2. Turnaround Time

a. The minimum turnaround time for the production and delivery of products is two weeks (14 calendar days) from the date the artwork or design has been approved by the client.

b. While Kenny Tee's LLC endeavors to adhere to this timeline, unforeseen circumstances or factors outside of our control may cause delays. The Company will not be liable for any damages or losses incurred due to delays in delivery.

3. Artwork and Design Approval

a. All artwork and designs are subject to client approval. Upon completion of the design phase, the client will be provided with a mockup or sample for review.

b. The client is responsible for the timely review and approval of designs. Delays in approval may result in delays in the overall production timeline.

4. Prohibited Use of Artwork

a. Artwork, designs, and other intellectual property created by Kenny Tee's LLC remain the exclusive property of the Company as per the Copyright Policy.

b. Clients or third parties are strictly prohibited from using any artwork or designs created by the Company for purposes outside of the agreed-upon scope, including purchasing products from entities other than Kenny Tee's LLC, without explicit written permission from the Company.

c. Any illegal or unauthorized use of the Company's artwork will be subject to legal action and penalties as stipulated in the Copyright Policy.

5. Payment and Refunds

a. Full payment for services is due upon approval of designs unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

b. Refund requests will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis. The Company reserves the right to refuse refunds after design approval and production commencement.

6. Termination

Kenny Tee's LLC reserves the right to terminate any order or service provision in cases of breach of this Agreement, failure to timely pay, or other reasons deemed appropriate by the Company.

7. Amendments

The Company may modify this Agreement at its discretion. Changes will be effective upon posting on our official website. Continued use of our services after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the revised Agreement.

8. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [State], without regard to its conflict of laws principles.

This Agreement, along with the Privacy Policy and Copyright Policy, represents the entire understanding between the User and Kenny Tee's LLC concerning the subject matter herein. Any previous agreements, discussions, or understandings, whether oral or written, are superseded by this document.
